According to an overwater comprehensive detection unmanned aerial vehicle, the detection capacity can be improved by arranging a front detection mechanism and a rear detection mechanism, detection of multiple positions or multiple time periods is achieved, the detection capacity is improved, and the control capacity for the balance of the vehicle body can be effectively improved by arranging a main propeller, a front auxiliary propeller and a rear auxiliary propeller; in the water absorption process of the water absorption pipe of the front detection mechanism and/or the rear detection mechanism, the controller controls the rotation condition of the main propeller to be unchanged, the controller controls the front auxiliary propeller and/or the rear auxiliary propeller to conduct corresponding adjustment so as to adapt to the water absorption condition of the water absorption pipe of the front detection mechanism and/or the rear detection mechanism, and then the vehicle body keeps balanced. The balance performance of the vehicle body is effectively improved, the control mode is simplified, the control capacity is improved, and smooth detection is guaranteed.
