The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, in particular to a landing signal detection structure of an overwater fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle, which comprises a mounting base, a signal triggering device and a detection device are arranged on the mounting base, and the detection device is hinged to the mounting base and rotates under the action of external thrust. When the detection device presses the signal triggering device, the signal triggering device sends out a dampening signal. According to the detection structure disclosed by the invention, the detection device is driven to deflect by utilizing the thrust of water flow during dampening and acts with the signal triggering device to send out a signal so as to automatically detect the dampening condition, so that the automation degree and the reliability of the fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle on water surface dampening detection are greatly improved, and convenience is provided for pilot driving operation.
