A flap differential active control function is realized by adding a flap differential actuator, a flap differential controller and differential control logic on the basis of a traditional centralized driving flap system architecture. Flap differential instruction effectiveness monitoring, flap differential motion monitoring and protection functions are added in the flap differential control process, and the safety of the flap differential control function is improved.
