The invention discloses a flap control method and system.The system comprises a controller, a flexible shaft, a left driving unit, a left transmission mechanism, a left flap, a right driving unit, a right transmission mechanism and a right flap, the controller is in signal connection with the left driving unit and the right driving unit, and the right driving unit drives the right flap through the right transmission mechanism; the flexible shaft is connected between the left transmission mechanism and the right transmission mechanism, and the left driving unit drives the left flap through the left transmission mechanism.
