The invention provides a control method, device and equipment for an automatic driving vehicle, a storage medium and a vehicle, and relates to the field of artificial intelligence, in particular to the technical field of automatic driving, intelligent cabins and Internet of Vehicles. The method specifically comprises the steps that in an automatic driving mode, the turning condition is detected; when it is determined that the vehicle is in the turning state, positioning drift is detected based on measurement information of multiple positioning sensors; and outputting prompt information and exiting the automatic driving mode under the condition of determining that the positioning drifting exists. By using the method provided by the invention, the turning state of the autonomous vehicle is detected, and whether positioning drift occurs or not is determined during turning, so that the positioning drift with relatively high occurrence frequency during turning can be detected. After the positioning drifting is determined, the prompt information is output and the automatic driving mode is quitted, so that the driving safety of the automatic driving vehicle in the turning scene can be ensured.
