The invention discloses a queue driving control device, a vehicle system including the same, and a queue driving control method. The queue travel control apparatus may include a processor configured to detect an occurrence of acceleration and shift of a preceding vehicle based on information received from the preceding vehicle of a host vehicle during queue travel, setting a feedforward control input value of the host vehicle to 0 for controlling an inter-vehicle distance from the preceding vehicle in a section in which acceleration and shift of the preceding vehicle occur; and a storage device configured to store data driven by the processor and an algorithm.
