To provide a travel control device capable of performing control for down shift of AT without performing a complicated calculation so that an actual vehicle speed excesses a target vehicle speed in downgrade travel time or deceleration operation time in control for maintaining a constant vehicle speed, and provide a vehicle, a travel control method and a travel control program.SOLUTION: A travel control device 1 for performing constant speed travel control and speed change control, comprises: a target vehicle speed calculation part 10; target driving force calculation parts 20, 30; a target output calculation part 51; a constant speed travel gear output part; a speed change gear output part; and an arbitration part. The speed change gear output part has a down shift determination part for determining whether or not the down shift is needed based on a down shift threshold and target output, and when the target output is lower than the down shift threshold and it is determined that down shift is required, a down shift control for setting a speed change target gear stage to a value which is changed down by one stage from a current gear stage, is performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車速を一定にする制御において降坂路走行時や減速操作時に目標車速に対して実車速が超過しないように複雑な計算を行うこと無くATをシフトダウンさせる制御を行う走行制御装置、車両、走行制御方法、及び走行制御プログラムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】定速走行制御と変速制御とを実施する走行制御装置1であって、目標車速演算部10と、目標駆動力演算部20及び30と、目標出力演算部51と、定速走行ギヤ出力部と、変速ギヤ出力部と、調停部とを備え、変速ギヤ出力部は、シフトダウン閾値と目標出力とに基づきシフトダウンが必要か否かを判定するシフトダウン判定部を有し、目標出力がシフトダウン閾値を下回りシフトダウンが必要であると判定された場合、変速目標ギヤ段を現在のギヤ段から1段シフトダウンした値に設定するシフトダウン制御を行う。【選択図】図1
