The carbon fiber-integrated rubber is formed by dispersing carbon fibers in an F-SIB/D rubber matrix; in the F-SIB/D, F is a polar end-capping group; SIB is a styrene, butadiene and isoprene ternary random copolymer; S is a styrene unit, I is an isoprene unit, B is a butadiene unit, and D is a divinylbenzene branching unit randomly distributed in the SIB ternary random copolymer. The sidewall vulcanized rubber composed of the carbon fiber-integrated rubber, the natural rubber and the like has the characteristics of good low compression heat generation, cutting resistance, tear resistance, high resilience, fatigue resistance, high stress at definite elongation, no cracking and aging resistance, is suitable for all-weather all-steel lorry tires, can be safely and durably driven, and is not easy to burst.

    本发明公开了一种全钢载重轮胎子午线轮胎胎面胶料及其制备方法,胎面胶料包括天然橡胶和碳纤维‑集成橡胶及辅料等原料;碳纤维‑集成橡胶由碳纤维分散在F‑SIB/D橡胶基体中构成;所述F‑SIB/D中,F为极性封端基团;SIB为苯乙烯、丁二烯和异戊二烯三元无规共聚物;S为苯乙烯单元,I为异戊二烯单元,B为丁二烯单元,D为无规分布在SIB三元无规共聚物中的二乙烯苯枝化单元。碳纤维‑集成橡胶与天然橡胶等组成的胎侧硫化胶体现出良好的低压缩生热、抗切割、抗撕裂、高回弹、抗疲劳、高定伸应力、不龟裂和抗老化特点,适用于全天候全钢载重汽车轮胎,并能安全和持久行驶,不易爆胎。
