The tread rubber composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 100 parts of a matrix rubber, 20-30 parts of carbon black, 20-30 parts of white carbon black, 2-4 parts of a silane coupling agent, 3-5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 4-7 parts of an active agent, 1-3 parts of a vulcanizing agent and 3-5 parts of an accelerant. The tread rubber composition provided by the invention has higher wear resistance, low hysteresis loss and lower heat generation, and can be applied to truck radial tires, so that the truck radial tires have high wear resistance and low hysteresis performance.
