The invention discloses a semi-steel radial tire tread rubber material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of a rubber main material, 1-70 parts of vegetable oil, 1-60 parts of a low molecular weight polymer, 5-50 parts of carbon black, 40-150 parts of white carbon black, 1-20 parts of a silane coupling agent, 1-10 parts of an anti-aging agent, 1-5 parts of stearic acid, 1-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-5 parts of sulfur powder and 1-5 parts of an accelerant. According to the invention, the tire tread rubber material is improved, so that the prepared tire has excellent braking performance on ice land, snow land, dry land and wet land.
