The rubber is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 3.2 parts of zinc oxide, 1.8 parts of stearic acid, 1.5 parts of an anti-aging agent RD, 0.5 part of an anti-aging agent 6PPD, 0.5 part of microcrystalline wax, 1.5 parts of sulfur, 1.8 parts of an accelerant TBBS and 0.2 part of a scorch retarder CTP. By adopting a low-hysteresis matched rubber material system, after the components are matched with one another, the produced rubber material is excellent in performance in all aspects, good in rebound resilience and abrasion resistance and particularly more remarkable in rolling resistance performance, the tan delta value of the produced rubber material at 60 DEG C is 0.04-0.06, and the rubber material has the advantages that the rubber material can be widely applied to the fields of rubber materials, rubber materials and the like. And the rolling resistance coefficient of the produced tire reaches grade B.

    本发明提供的低滚阻全钢子午轮胎的胎面胶料,由以下组分混炼制得,以质量份数计,3#烟片胶93份,钕系顺丁橡胶7份,中超耐磨炉黑35份,高分散的白炭黑20份,硅烷偶联剂Si‑692.5份;氧化锌3.2份,硬脂酸1.8份,防老剂RD1.5份,防老剂6PPD0.5份,微晶蜡0.5份,硫磺1.5份,促进剂TBBS1.8份,防焦剂CTP0.2份。本发明通过采用低滞后的配合胶料体系,组分之间相互配合后,使得生产出的胶料各个方面的性能均表现优异,回弹性以及耐磨耗性能均表现良好,尤其滚阻性能上表现更加显著,生产的胶料在60℃时的tanδ值在0.04~0.06范围内,生产的轮胎滚动阻力系数达到了B级。
