    本发明公开了一种基于AGV智能机器人的定轴旋升承载结构,包括AGV智能机器人,AGV智能机器人从下到上依次设置有机器人本体、旋升机构、稳定支撑机构、支撑器和承载托盘,机器人本体的上表面开设有安装口,旋升机构安装于安装口内且包括活动穿插于安装口中部的螺杆和设置于螺杆一侧的驱动器,驱动器由驱动电机和安装于驱动电机动力输出端的驱动齿盘组成,驱动齿盘与螺杆啮合连接。本发明在承载托盘的下方设置有专门的稳定支撑机构,通过内置的压力传感器可以达到对承载货物的重量进行检测,当压力过大时,压力传感器将信号传递至控制器,控制器激活稳定支撑机构,稳定支撑机构上移并通过上端的支撑器对承载托盘的外围进行支撑的目的。
