The invention provides a four-axis lifting robot. The four-axis lifting robot comprises a transverse movement assembly, a longitudinal movement assembly, a vertical movement assembly and a rotating assembly, wherein the transverse movement assembly comprises a transverse track and a first vehicle body moving along the transverse track; the longitudinal movement assembly comprises a longitudinal track arranged on the first vehicle body and a second vehicle body moving along the longitudinal track; the vertical movement assembly comprises a shear fork assembly arranged on the second vehicle body, and the shear fork assembly is unfolded and folded to control descending and ascending of a vertical height; and the rotating assembly comprises a rotating lifting hook arranged at the lower end of the shear fork assembly. The lifting robot is controlled from four directions through the first vehicle body, the second vehicle body, the shear fork assembly and the rotating assembly, a lifting hook can be guaranteed to stably and accurately reach a designated position, and according to the scheme, a lifted object below the lifting hook is guaranteed to not swing, normal locating can be achieved, and the requirement for the position precision of the lifted object lifted by the lifting robot is met.

    本发明提供一种四轴起重机器人,包括横向运动组件,包括横向轨道和沿横向轨道移动的第一车体;纵向运动组件,包括设置在所述第一车体上的纵向轨道、沿纵向轨道移动的第二车体;竖向运动组件,包括设置在第二车体上的剪叉组件,剪叉组件展开和折叠以控制竖向高度的下降和提升;以及,转动组件,包括设置在所述剪叉组件下端的旋转吊钩;通过第一车体、第二车体、剪叉组件以及转动组件来从四个方向控制起重机器人,能够保证吊钩平稳精确达到指定位置,该方案既保证吊钩下吊物不摆动又能兼顾正常定位,满足起重机器人吊装的吊物位置精度要求。
