The invention provides an intelligent posture control system for a lifting rotary lifting appliance, which comprises a kinetic energy part for providing kinetic energy to enable a jack to rotate; the suspended beam is used for connecting the hoisting point and a hoisted object; the power supply is preset in the suspended beam to provide stable electric energy for the system; the electronic compass is arranged on the suspended beam and is used for monitoring rotation angle data in real time; the resolver is connected with the controller and the electronic compass; specific motion data are provided for the kinetic energy part according to rotation angle data monitored by the electronic compass; and the electronic compass monitors attitude data of the suspended beam in real time and feeds back the attitude data to the solver and the controller to complete closed-loop control. The control system is stable and reliable in composition structure, simplifies a mechanical transmission part in a traditional lifting appliance, is simple and convenient to maintain, and facilitates long-term operation in an industrial place. The device is high in adaptability, high in detection precision, free of special requirements for the form of a lifting rope system, applicable to a common lifting hook set and beneficial to precise control over equipment.

    本发明提供一种起重旋转吊具用智能姿态控制系统,包括:动能部,提供动能使起重器进行旋转;挂梁,用于连接吊点与吊物;电源,预设在挂梁内为系统提供稳定电能;电子罗盘,设置在挂梁上用于实时监测回转角度数据;解算器与控制器,与电子罗盘连接;根据电子罗盘监测的回转角度数据给动能部具体的运动数据;电子罗盘实时监测挂梁的姿态数据,并反馈给解算器与控制器,完成闭环控制。本发明的控制系统组成结构稳定可靠,简化了传统吊具中的机械传动部分,维护简单方便,有利于在工业场所长期运行。且本发明的适应性强,检测精度较高对起升绳系的形式没有特殊要求,普通吊钩组也可适用,并且有利于对设备进行精准控制。
