The invention provides a steel rail rolling contact fatigue crack array detection probe based on an alternating current electromagnetic field. The steel rail rolling contact fatigue crack array detection probe comprises a steel rail, a detection probe, a shock absorber, a probe clamp and a fixing device. The detection probe internally comprises a special-shaped excitation module, an array sensor group and an amplifying circuit, the special-shaped excitation module is designed in a highly adaptive manner according to the geometrical shape of the steel rail, induced current of vertical cracks is generated, and the intensity of the induced current is relatively large and the uniformity is relatively high; the array sensor group adopts an arc-shaped design according to the shape of a steel rail and completely covers a gauge angle; the detection probe shell adopts a profiling design aiming at the steel rail and integrally and deeply fits the surface profile of the steel rail; the shock absorber is used for keeping the distance between the detection probe and the steel rail surface unchanged and preventing the detection probe from being damaged. The steel rail rolling contact fatigue crack array detection probe provided by the invention is simple in detection method, can completely cover a gauge angle through single detection, has extremely high detection efficiency and detection precision, and can further realize surface profile imaging of steel rail defects.
本发明提供一种基于交流电磁场的钢轨滚动接触疲劳裂纹阵列检测探头,包括钢轨、检测探头、减震器、探头夹具和固定装置。检测探头内部包括异形激励模块、阵列传感器组和放大电路,异形激励模块根据钢轨几何形状进行高度适应性设计,产生垂直裂纹的感应电流,感应电流强度较大且均匀度较高;阵列传感器组根据钢轨形状采取弧形设计,完全覆盖轨距角;检测探头外壳针对钢轨采用仿形设计,整体深度贴合钢轨表面轮廓;减震器用于保证检测探头与钢轨表面的距离不变,防止检测探头损伤。本发明提供的钢轨滚动接触疲劳裂纹阵列检测探头检测方法简单,单次检测即可完全覆盖轨距角,具有极高的检测效率和检测精度,并可进一步实现钢轨缺陷的表面轮廓成像。
