The invention relates to the technical field of garbage sorting robot chassis, and discloses a chassis differential system of a sorting robot. The system comprises a robot chassis, a radar vision system, a control system and a power assembly, the power assembly is located in the robot chassis, the control system is in wired connection with the radar vision system, and the control system is in wired connection with the power assembly; and the power assembly comprises two motors and two transmission executing mechanisms, the two motors are located in the robot chassis, and a driving box body separation support is arranged between the two motors. The flexibility of the sorting robot can be improved, the sorting robot can steer in situ through the chassis differential system, 360-degree in-situ steering is achieved, meanwhile, the turning radius is small, the turning space is small, the practicability of the sorting robot is greatly improved, the sorting robot can accurately and rapidly pick up garbage, the use efficiency is high, and the time is saved.
