The invention discloses an underwater power module, an underwater power system and an underwater robot. The underwater power module comprises a mounting base, a first propeller and a second propeller, the mounting base is provided with a connecting side, and the connecting side is used for being detachably connected with equipment to be driven. The first propeller is installed on the mounting base, and the direction of the propelling force of the first propeller is the first propelling direction. The second propeller is installed on the mounting base, and the direction of the propelling force of the second propeller is the second propelling direction. Propelling resultant force of the first propeller and the second propeller is used for providing propelling force in any direction in a propelling plane, and the propelling plane comprises a first propelling direction and a second propelling direction. A user can select to install a proper number of underwater power modules on to-be-driven equipment according to working requirements, and the underwater power modules are installed at the corresponding positions of the to-be-driven equipment according to the power configuration meeting the current working requirements, so that the adaptability of the underwater power modules is enhanced.
