The invention provides an underwater power assembly and an underwater robot. The underwater power assembly comprises a fixing frame, a wing skeleton, a rotation driving device, pull ropes and a pull rope driving device. The root of the wing skeleton is fixedly connected with the fixing frame; the two pull ropes are located in the upper side and the lower side of the wing skeleton respectively, andthe two ends of each pull rope are fixed to the end portion of the wing skeleton and the pull rope driving device respectively. The rotation driving device is fixedly arranged on the fixing frame, the rotation driving device is connected with the front side of the wing skeleton through a torque transmission structure, and the pull rope driving device can drive the two pull ropes to be tensioned or loosened so that the wing skeleton can flap up and down; and the rotation driving device can drive the front side of the wing skeleton to be bent so that the wing skeleton can be turned over. According to the invention, the wing skeleton can achieve vertical flapping and overturning, bionic manta fishes can be achieved, and the underwater maneuverability of the underwater robot is improved.

    本发明提出了一种水下动力组件以及水下机器人,水下动力组件包括:固定架、翅膀骨架、转动驱动装置、拉绳以及拉绳驱动装置;翅膀骨架的根部与固定架固定连接;拉绳为两个且分别位于在翅膀骨架的上下两侧,拉绳的两端分别与翅膀骨架的端部以及拉绳驱动装置固定;转动驱动装置固设于固定架上,转动驱动装置通过扭矩传递结构与翅膀骨架的前侧连接,其中,拉绳驱动装置能带动两个拉绳拉紧或松弛,以使翅膀骨架上下扑动;转动驱动装置能驱动翅膀骨架的前侧弯曲,以使翅膀骨架翻转。本发明中,翅膀骨架能够实现上下扑动以及翻转,能够实现鲼科鱼类的仿生,提高水下机器人在水下的机动能力。
