The underwater signal transmission assembly comprises the underwater signal transmission assembly and the underwater detection robot, the underwater signal transmission assembly comprises a signal transmission assembly body, a wireless transmission assembly and a wired transmission assembly, and the signal transmission assembly body comprises a first shell and a placement frame; the placement frame is in sliding connection with the first shell, the multiple wireless transmission assemblies are placed on the placement frame and used for underwater signal transmission relay, each wired transmission assembly comprises a second shell and a third shell, and the second shell and the third shell are in sliding connection with each other. The second shell and the third shell are arranged on the two sides of the signal transmission assembly body respectively, first winding assemblies are arranged in the second shell and the third shell respectively, signal transmission lines are wound on the first winding assemblies, the signal transmission lines located in the second shell are connected with a ship, and the signal transmission lines located in the third shell are connected with the ship. The signal transmission line located in the third shell is connected with a wireless transmission assembly.
