The invention discloses a steering mechanism and an independent suspension system. The steering mechanism comprises a steering rocker arm unit, a neutral position locking oil cylinder, a first power-assisted steering oil cylinder, a second power-assisted steering oil cylinder, a first steering pull rod and a second steering pull rod. One end of the neutral position locking oil cylinder is connected with the steering rocker arm unit, and the other end of the neutral position locking oil cylinder is used for being hinged to a frame. One end of the first power-assisted steering oil cylinder and one end of the second power-assisted steering oil cylinder are respectively connected with the steering rocker arm unit, and the other ends of the first power-assisted steering oil cylinder and the second power-assisted steering oil cylinder are hinged with a frame; and one ends of the first steering pull rod and the second steering pull rod are respectively connected with the steering rocker arm unit, and the other ends of the first steering pull rod and the second steering pull rod are connected with a steering knuckle arm which is used for being fixed on a wheel edge. A rocker arm cylinder and a rocker arm support are omitted, the weight of the whole vehicle is greatly reduced, the space needed by a steering mechanism is reduced, arrangement of parts is more compact, the machining process is simplified, and the economic cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种转向机构及独立悬架系统,所述转向机构包括转向摇臂单元、中位锁止油缸、第一转向助力油缸、第二转向助力油缸、第一转向拉杆和第二转向拉杆;所述中位锁止油缸的一端与所述转向摇臂单元相连,另一端用于与车架铰接;所述第一转向助力油缸和第二转向助力油缸的其中一端分别与所述转向摇臂单元相连,另一端用于与车架铰接;所述第一转向拉杆和第二转向拉杆的其中一端分别与所述转向摇臂单元相连,另一端连接有转向节臂,所述转向节臂用于固定在轮边上。本发明取消了摇臂筒以及摇臂支座,大幅减轻了整车重量,减小了转向机构所需的空间,使得零部件的布置更加紧凑,简化了加工工艺,降低了经济成本。
