The invention relates to a tire wear degree monitoring method and system, and the method comprises the following steps: performing a monitoring model construction process: collecting triaxial acceleration signals and tire pressure signals of a tire in a tire operation process when the tire is at different wear degree calibration values, and carrying out the analysis and extraction of characteristic parameters, constructing a wear prediction model by taking the wear degree calibration value as a target and the characteristic parameters as independent variables; and performing an operation monitoring process: acquiring a three-axis acceleration signal and a tire pressure signal in a tire operation process in real time, extracting corresponding characteristic parameters, and obtaining a real-time tire wear degree value through the wear prediction model. Compared with the prior art, the wear state of the vehicle tire is monitored in real time, so that the driving safety is improved, and the method and system have the advantages of high precision, low cost and high timeliness.

    本发明涉及一种轮胎磨损程度监测方法、系统,该方法包括:监测模型构建过程:采集轮胎在不同磨损程度标定值时轮胎运行过程中的三轴加速度信号和胎压信号,进行特征参数的分析与提取,以磨损程度标定值为目标、特征参数为自变量构建磨损预测模型;运行监测过程:实时采集轮胎运行过程中的三轴加速度信号和胎压信号,提取对应的特征参数,通过磨损预测模型获取轮胎实时磨损程度值。与现有技术相比,本发明可以实时监测车辆轮胎的磨损状态,利于提高驾驶的安全性,具有精度高、成本低、时效性高的优点。
