The invention provides a water surface walking robot which comprises a longitudinal support, a rear water baffle, a front water baffle, a transverse support, a reinforcing pipe, a walking foot plate assembly, a water falling prevention emergency seat assembly, a control box assembly, a front leg rod, a front foot plate, a front driving arm rod, a rear driving arm rod, a rear leg rod, a rear foot plate and a connecting supporting plate. The rear water baffle and the front water baffle are integrally welded to the left end and the right end of the longitudinal support respectively. The transverse bracket is connected to the upper part of the longitudinal bracket through a transverse bolt; the reinforcing pipe is connected between the rear water baffle and the front water baffle and the transverse support; the water surface walking robot has the advantages that the design is reasonable, the overall structure is simple, and the water surface walking robot can quickly walk on water; besides, the soles of the robot are made of the rubber cushions, the weight is reduced, and meanwhile, the supporting stainless steel plates are arranged inside, so that the load allowance can be increased; and the alarm can be triggered to carry out alarm operation when an accident occurs.
