The invention relates to the technical field of transportation equipment, in particular to a transportation robot which has the advantage of being capable of automatically climbing over obstacles andcomprises a material carrying assembly, two visual sensors, walking assemblies, a driving assembly, a pre-tightening assemblies, a climbing assembly, an adjusting assembly and a pressing assembly, twovisual sensors are arranged on the right side of the material loading assembly, the number of the walking assemblies is two, the walking assemblies are rotationally connected to the left side and theright side of the material carrying assembly, the driving assembly is fixedly connected to the lower end of the material carrying assembly, the driving assembly and the two walking assemblies are inbelt transmission, and the pre-tightening assemblies are rotationally connected to the front sides and the rear sides of the two walking assemblies. Climbing assemblies are slidably connected to the front sides and the rear sides of the two walking assemblies correspondingly, adjusting assemblies are fixedly connected to the front sides and the rear sides of the two walking assemblies correspondingly, the pressing assembly is detachably connected to the material carrying assembly, and the multiple climbing assemblies are slidably connected with the multiple adjusting assemblies correspondingly.
