The invention discloses a road network traffic bottleneck identification method integrating wavelet transform and image binarization. The method mainly comprises the following steps: inputting speed time sequence data, and searching time and positions of a speed sudden change point and an output speed sudden change point according to a wavelet transform principle; sorting the speed values of the speed sudden change points from small to large, selecting a speed threshold value according to a quartile method, and converting speed time sequence data into a speed space-time thermodynamic diagram;setting a speed threshold as an image binaryzation parameter, and dividing the speed space-time thermodynamic diagram into a congestion area and a non-congestion area through image binaryzation; finally, for irregularly scattered congestion areas in the binarized image, considering that the influence of the irregularly scattered congestion areas on the congestion of the whole traffic network is relatively small, eliminating irregularly and randomly distributed pixel points and small bottleneck points by utilizing median filtering so as to improve the calculation efficiency and the identification accuracy of frequently occurring traffic bottlenecks in the urban road network.

    本发明公开了一种集成小波变换和图像二值化的路网交通瓶颈识别方法。主要步骤包括:输入速度时间序列数据,根据小波变换原理查找速度突变点,输出速度突变点的时间和位置;其次,将速度突变点的速度数值按照从小到大的顺序进行排序,根据四分位法选定速度的阈值,并且将速度时间序列数据转化为速度时空热力图;之后,设定速度阈值作为图像二值化的参数,并通过图像二值化将速度时空热力图分成拥堵区域和非拥堵区域;最后,针对二值化图像中不规则散落的拥堵区域,考虑到其对交通路网整体的拥堵影响较小,利用中值滤波,剔除不规则、零星分布的像素点和小瓶颈点,以提高对城市路网中常发性交通瓶颈的计算效率和识别准确度。
