The invention provides an urban road network traffic bottleneck identification method, apparatus and device, and a medium. The method comprises the steps of obtaining a plurality of first identification index data of any to-be-identified road section in a to-be-identified urban road network; performing normalization processing on the plurality of pieces of first identification index data, and determining a first identification result of each piece of first identification index data; and obtaining a weight value corresponding to each piece of first identification index data, and determining whether the road section to be identified is a traffic bottleneck road section based on the weight value of each piece of first identification index data and a value in the square bracket of the first identification result of each piece of first identification index data. The method achieves the recognition of the traffic bottleneck road section of the urban road network, avoids the technical problem that the recognition of the traffic bottleneck road section of the urban road network cannot be met through single index data, improves the recognition accuracy and efficiency of the traffic bottleneck road section in the urban road network, has the capability of dynamically judging the road network bottleneck, and improves the recognition efficiency. And the situation that the judgment result of the bottleneck road section is wrong when the traffic state changes is avoided.

    本申请提供了城市路网交通瓶颈的识别方法、装置、设备及介质,方法包括:获取待识别城市路网中的任一待识别路段的多个第一识别指标数据;对多个第一识别指标数据进行归一化处理,确定出每个第一识别指标数据的第一识别结果;获取每个第一识别指标数据相对应的权重值,基于每个第一识别指标数据的权重值以及每个第一识别指标数据的第一识别结果的方括号中的值,确定出待识别路段是否为交通瓶颈路段。实现城市路网的交通瓶颈路段的识别,避免了利用单一的指标数据不能满足路网交通瓶颈识别的技术问题,提高了城市路网中的交通瓶颈路段识别的准确性以及效率,同时具备动态判定路网瓶颈能力,避免了交通状态发生改变时瓶颈路段判别结果错误的情况。
