The invention provides a traffic bottleneck identification method and identification device, and the method comprises the steps: judging whether a road section is in an abnormal state within a first set time period, and further carrying out the statistics of whether the number of times of the abnormal state of the road section within a second set time period is greater than a preset threshold value or not; and identifying the road section as the bottleneck road section only when the number of times of the abnormal state of the road section within the second set duration is greater than the preset threshold value, so that the bottleneck road section in the road network topology is identified by using the sliding time window in consideration of the dynamic fluctuation of the traffic characteristics of the road section. According to the identification method, compared with an existing method, the fluctuation of detection data indexes caused by the dynamic randomness of a traffic environment is considered, and on the basis of deeply analyzing the traffic index change characteristics when the road section is congested, the bottleneck road section is identified by adopting the sliding time window, so that the real congestion state can be identified more accurately, and the identification accuracy is improved. And meanwhile, the identification method has relatively good robustness.

    本发明提供了一种交通瓶颈的识别方法及识别装置,该识别方法在判断路段在第一设定时长内处于异常状态之后,还进一步统计第二设定时长内该路段出现异常状态的次数是否大于预设阈值,仅在该路段第二设定时长内出现异常状态的次数大于预设阈值时,才将该路段识别为瓶颈路段,从而考虑到路段交通特征的动态波动性,利用滑动时间窗来识别路网拓扑中的瓶颈路段。即本申请的识别方法,相比现有的方法,考虑由于交通环境的动态随机性导致检测数据指标的波动性,同时在深入分析路段出现拥堵时交通指标变化特点的基础上,采用滑动时间窗来识别比瓶颈路段,能够更准确地识别真实拥堵状态,同时使识别方法具有较好的鲁棒性。
