A fireproof flame-retardant tread rubber composition for a giant engineering radial tire comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of rubber, 30-37 parts of white carbon black,20-25 parts of medium-super wear-resistant carbon black, 4-6 parts of a silane coupling agent, 1.5-3 parts of thermoplastic p-tert-butyl phenolic resin, 3-5 parts of zinc oxide, 2-4 parts of stearic acid, 1-2 parts of protective wax, 1-2 parts of N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylene diamine, 1-2 parts of 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,2-dihydroquinoline polymer, 1 to 1.8 parts of sulfur powder, 1.2 to 1.8 parts of a vulcanization accelerator, 0.1 to 0.3 part of an anti-scorching agent, 20 to 30 parts of decabromodiphenyl ether, 8 to 12 parts of antimonous oxide, 8 to 10 parts of zinc borate and 35 to 40 parts of aluminum hydroxide. The rubber composition ensures that a tire does not fail due to combustion before the fireproof flame-retardant tread rubber composition is worn out.

    本发明的巨型工程子午胎防火阻燃胎面橡胶组合物包括以下重量份的组分:橡胶100份、白炭黑30‑37份、中超耐磨炭黑20‑25份、硅烷偶联剂4‑6份、热塑性对叔丁基酚醛树脂1.5‑3份、氧化锌3‑5份、硬脂酸2‑4份、防护蜡1‑2份、N‑(1,3‑二甲基丁基)‑N’‑苯基对苯二胺1‑2份、2,2,4‑三甲基‑1,2‑二氢化喹啉聚合物1‑2份、硫磺粉1‑1.8份、硫化促进剂1.2‑1.8份、防焦剂0.1‑0.3份、十溴二苯醚20‑30份、三氧化二锑8‑12份、硼酸锌8‑10份、氢氧化铝35‑40份。采用本发明的胎面橡胶组合物的巨型工程子午胎保证在防火阻燃胎面橡胶组合物磨损完之前轮胎不会因燃烧失效。
