The invention relates to the technical field of tire rubber, particularly to a mining engineering radial tire tread rubber composition and a pneumatic tire thereof. The rubber composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 90-100 parts of butadiene-styrene rubber, 5-15 parts of natural rubber, 55-65 parts of carbon black N231, 6-10 parts of white carbon black, 2-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 1-1.5 parts of resorcinol-80, 1-3 parts of bonding resin, 5-8 parts of carbon hydrogen reaction type resin, 4-8 parts of environment-friendly oil, 1.5-2.0 parts of p-phenylenediamine anti-aging agent, 1.0-1.5 parts of quinoline anti-aging agent, 2.0-4.0 parts of protective wax, 1.5-1.8 parts of sulfur, 1.35-1.65 parts of sulfenamide accelerant and 0.5-1.5 partof hexamethyl tetramine-80. According to the mining engineering radial tire produced by adopting the tread rubber composition, the cutting resistance, the tearing resistance, the wear resistance andthe durability of the rubber material are improved; and the produced tread rubber composition is applied to the specifications of 26.5 R25 and 29.5 R25 of radial engineering tires, the ground surfacesof the tires are smooth when the tread rubber composition is used in severe environments of mining areas, obvious cutting and tearing phenomena are avoided, and the service life of the improved tiresis prolonged by 20% or above.

    本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,具体地说是一种矿用工程子午胎胎面胶橡胶组合物及其充气轮胎。包含下述重量份的原料:丁苯胶90~100,天然胶5~15,炭黑N23155~65,白炭黑6‑10,氧化锌2‑5,硬脂酸1~3,间苯二酚‑80 1‑1.5,粘合树脂1~3,炭氢反应型树脂5‑8,环保油4~8,对苯二胺防老剂1.5~2.0,喹啉类防老剂1.0~1.5,防护蜡2.0~4.0,硫磺1.5~1.8,次磺酰胺类促进剂1.35~1.65,六甲基四胺‑80 0.5‑1.5。本发明采用胎面胶橡胶组合物生产的矿用工程子午胎,提高了胶料的耐切割、耐撕裂、耐磨及耐久性能。生产的胎面胶橡胶组合物应用在子午工程轮胎26.5R25和29.5R25规格,在矿区苛刻环境使用时轮胎磨面平整,无明显切割、撕裂现象,改进轮胎的使用寿命提高了20%以上。
