The invention discloses a flame-retardant tire tread rubber material which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of cis-1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, 1-5 parts of epoxidized cis-1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, 1-5 parts of an antioxidant and 1-5 parts of a lubricant. The rubber composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 to 20 parts of 1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, 20 to 40 parts of chloroprene rubber, 20 to 40 parts of high specific surface white carbon black, 10 to 20 parts of titanium diboride whisker, 2 to 4 parts of bis-[3-(triethoxysilyl) propyl]-tetrasulfide, 10 to 15 parts of [3-[(hydroxymethyl) amino]-3-carbonyl propyl]-dimethyl phosphonate, 3 to 7 parts of basic magnesium aluminum carbonate, 3 to 5 parts of zinc oxide, 0.5 to 2 parts of magnesium oxide, 1 to 2 parts of sulfur and 0.5 to 1.5 parts of multifunctional vulcanizing agent. 1-3 parts of microcrystalline wax, 1.5-3.5 parts of stearic acid, 2-5 parts of an anti-aging agent and 1-3 parts of an accelerant. According to the present invention, the flame retardation performance of the tire is ensured, the wear resistance, the tear resistance, the cutting and chipping resistance are significantly enhanced, the heat generation is low, the service life of the produced tire is long, and the fireproof safety and the durability of the tire of the hazardous chemical substance transport vehicle or the fire fighting truck, the smelting operation vehicle and other professional vehicles can be substantially ensured.

    本发明公开了一种难燃轮胎胎面胶料,由以下重量份的原料制成:顺式1,4‑聚异戊二烯橡胶60‑80份、环氧化顺式1,4‑聚异戊二烯橡胶10‑20份、氯丁橡胶20‑40份、高比表白炭黑20‑40份、二硼化钛晶须10‑20份、双‑[3‑(三乙氧基硅)丙基]‑四硫化物2‑4份、[3‑[(羟甲基)氨基]‑3‑羰基丙基]‑膦酸二甲酯10‑15份、碱式碳酸铝镁3‑7份、氧化锌3‑5份、氧化镁0.5‑2份、硫磺1‑2份、多功能硫化剂0.5‑1.5份、微晶蜡1‑3份、硬脂酸1.5‑3.5份、防老剂2‑5份、促进剂1‑3份。本发明在保证轮胎阻燃性能的同时,并具有显著增强的耐磨性、抗撕裂性、抗切割掉块性能和更低的生热,生产出来的轮胎使用寿命长,可以极大保障危化品运输车辆或消防车、冶炼作业车等专业车辆轮胎的防火安全性和耐久性。
