The invention discloses a flame-retardant tire tread and a preparation method thereof. The flame-retardant tire tread comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80 to 100 parts of rubber,20 to 30 parts of expanded graphite, 4 to 8 parts of lignite wax, 1 to 1.8 parts of sulfur, 0.5 to 3 parts of zinc oxide, and 1 to 3 parts of an anti-aging agent. According to the invention, two flame-retardant substances, expanded graphite and silica gel, are added; however, the expanded graphite also needs to play a role in improving the wear resistance; so that the performance of the tire tread may be degraded without modification; and for the silica gel, there is a problem of fusion with other raw materials; therefore, according to the present invention, the modification treatment is alsoperformed on the basis of the introduction of the expanded graphite and the silica gel so as to ensure other parameter requirements on the premise of the improvement of the flame retardancy of the tire tread
一种阻燃轮胎胎面及其制备方法,包括如下质量份数的原料:橡胶:80‑100份;膨胀石墨:20‑30份;褐煤蜡:4‑8份;硫磺:1‑1.8份;氧化锌:0.5‑3份;防老化剂:1‑3份。本申请引入了两种阻燃物质,一种是膨胀石墨,一种是硅胶,由于膨胀石墨还需要起到提高耐磨性的功能,因此在不改性处理的情况下,会降低胎面的性能,而对于硅胶则存在与其他材料融合性的问题,因此在引入膨胀石墨和硅胶的基础上,本申请还进行了改性处理,以在提高胎面阻燃性的前提之下,还能够保证其他的参数要求。
