The invention discloses an urban drainage pipeline detection robot. A method of the robot comprises the steps of detecting the environment in the pipeline in real time and feeding back monitoring information data. The environment of the drainage channel is displayed on the LED liquid crystal display on the working platform through the carried CCD camera, and inspection of the environment in the pipe and the condition of the robot is completed. The system mainly comprises a mechanical body, a take-up and pay-off and visual device and a control system. The mechanical body mainly forms a hardwaremodule and is distributed at each part of the robot. And the take-up and pay-off and visual device takes up and pays off the cable by utilizing a picture shot and fed back by the robot. The control system is divided into an upper computer and a lower computer, the interiors of the upper computer and the lower computer are mutually connected and communicated, the lower computer sensor device monitors the working state of the robot at any time and transmits detected information to the upper computer, the upper computer processes the information and then sends a motor driving command, and finally the functions of timely adjusting the walking or inclination angle of the robot are achieved. The product is convenient to operate and low in consumption, and conforms to the ideas of energy conservation and emission reduction.

    本发明公开一种城市排水管道检测机器人。包括对管道中环境进行实时检测以及反馈监测信息数据。通过携带的CCD摄像机将排水道环境显示在工作平台上的LED液晶显示器,完成对管内环境和机器人状况的检查。系统主要包括机械本体、收放线和可视装置、控制系统。机械本体主要构成硬件模块,分布于机器人各个部位。收放线和可视装置利用机器人拍摄并反馈回的画面进行收放线缆。控制系统分为上位机和下位机,两者内部相互连接通信,下位机传感器装置随时监测机器人工作状态并将检测到的信息传递给上位机,上位机处理信息后发送电机驱动命令,最终实现及时调整机器人行走或倾斜角度等功能。本产品操作方便,消耗低,符合节能减排的理念。
