An independent suspension self-adaptive steering transmission mechanism comprises a frame, a left trapezoidal arm, a right trapezoidal arm, a left steering knuckle, a right steering knuckle, a left steering tie rod, a right steering tie rod and a gear rack type steering gear. The left steering tie rod or the right steering tie rod is a self-adaptive steering tie rod, the self-adaptive steering tierod is a length-adjustable steering tie rod and comprises a cylinder body and a push rod, and the push rod can do linear telescopic motion relative to the cylinder body under the driving of a servo motor. According to the control method for the independent suspension self-adaptive steering transmission mechanism, in the case of vehicle steering, the deflection angle of the left trapezoidal arm orthe right trapezoidal arm relative to the frame is measured in real time through the sensor; in order to meet the requirement that the trapezoidal arm on the other side deflects according to an idealangle relative to the frame, the ideal length of the self-adaptive steering tie rod is obtained through calculation according to the Ackerman steering principle, then the length of the self-adaptivesteering tie rod is adjusted in real time through a servo motor, and pure rolling turning of the two steering wheels is achieved.

    一种独立悬架自适应转向传动机构包含车架、左梯形臂、右梯形臂、左转向节、右转向节、左转向横拉杆、右转向横拉杆、齿轮齿条式转向器;所述左或右转向横拉杆为自适应转向横拉杆,所述自适应转向横拉杆为长度可调的转向横拉杆,包含缸体、推杆,在伺服电机驱动下,推杆相对缸体可作直线伸缩运动;所述独立悬架自适应转向传动机构的控制方法为,当汽车转向时,通过传感器实时测得左或右梯形臂相对车架的偏转角度,为满足另一侧梯形臂相对车架按理想角度偏转,依据阿克曼转向原理,通过计算获得自适应转向横拉杆的理想长度,进而通过伺服电机实时调节自适应转向横拉杆的长度,使两转向轮实现纯滚动过弯。
