本发明涉及一种高软化点、用于提高橡胶抗湿滑性能的改性α‑甲基苯乙烯树脂的合成方法,属于橡胶组合物添加剂技术领域。本发明提供的改性α‑甲基苯乙烯树脂的合成过程中,在引发剂的存在下,添加改性剂苯乙烯与双环戊二烯,乙叉降冰片烯,降冰片烯中的两种或多种对α‑甲基苯乙烯进行改性,制备得到中间产物,反应条件温和,然后将该中间产物与扩链剂进一步反应制备得到改性的α‑甲基苯乙烯树脂,其反应温度适宜,易于控温,适合连续生产,制备树脂软化点高,同时在保持轮胎的基本物理性能的前提下提供较好的抗湿滑性能。
