The invention provides a wet-skid-resistant resin modified graphene oxide/rubber composite material and a preparation method thereof.According to the method, maleic anhydride modified resin and graphene oxide are evenly mixed in a solvent, carboxyl in the modified resin and oxygen-containing functional groups such as hydroxyl on the surface of graphene oxide are subjected to a chemical reaction, and the wet-skid-resistant resin modified graphene oxide/rubber composite material is obtained; preparing to obtain resin modified graphene oxide; compounding the modified graphene oxide with rubber, and adding a cross-linking agent, an anti-aging agent, a plasticizer and the like at the same time; and carrying out high-temperature vulcanization to obtain the wet-skid-resistant resin modified graphene oxide/rubber composite material. The novel rubber composite material has high surface microcosmic roughness, a strong resin/graphene oxide filler network and a filler-rubber strong interface are formed, and the material is endowed with excellent wet skid resistance.

    本发明提供了一种抗湿滑树脂改性氧化石墨烯/橡胶复合材料及其制备方法,该方法采用马来酸酐改性的树脂与氧化石墨烯在溶剂中均匀混合,利用改性树脂中的羧基与氧化石墨烯表面的羟基等含氧官能团发生化学反应,制备得到树脂改性的氧化石墨烯;将改性过的氧化石墨烯与橡胶复合,同时添加交联剂、防老剂、增塑剂等;经过高温硫化,得到抗湿滑树脂改性氧化石墨烯/橡胶复合材料。该新型橡胶复合材料具有较高的表面微观粗糙度、形成了较强的树脂/氧化石墨烯填料网络以及填料‑橡胶强界面,赋予了材料优异的抗湿滑性能。
