The invention discloses modified terpene resin for improving wet skid resistance of tires, a preparation method and application, the method comprises the following steps: S1, respectively carrying out alkali washing and water washing on alpha-pinene and bisphenol A, adding anhydrous magnesium sulfate, and sealing for later use; s2, under the protection of inert gas, sequentially adding the alpha-pinene and bisphenol A treated in the step S1 into a solvent, stirring to a homogeneous phase, and then adding a cationic catalyst and a molecular weight regulator for reaction; and S3, adding excessive methanol to terminate the reaction, and carrying out separation, washing and reduced pressure distillation on the product to obtain the modified terpene resin. The surface hydroxyl concentration of terpene resin is increased, the binding force of rubber and the water surface is improved, and the wet skid resistance of tires is improved; meanwhile, the softening point and the glass-transition temperature of the terpene resin are increased, so that the tire has better comprehensive performance of a rubber surface.

    本发明公开了用于提高轮胎抗湿滑性的改性萜烯树脂、制备方法及应用,方法步骤如下:S1:分别对α‑蒎烯和双酚A进行碱洗和水洗,加入无水硫酸镁密封备用;S2:惰性气体保护下,在溶剂中依次加入S1处理后的α‑蒎烯和双酚A,搅拌至均相后加入阳离子催化剂和分子量调节剂进行反应;S3:加入过量甲醇终止反应,产物经分离、洗涤和减压蒸馏,即得改性萜烯树脂。本发明提升了萜烯树脂表面羟基浓度,提高橡胶与水面的结合力,改善轮胎抗湿滑性能;同时提升了萜烯树脂软化点和玻璃化转变温度,使轮胎具有更好的胶面综合性能。
