The invention relates to a crane state monitoring and fault automatic diagnosis method. The method comprises the following steps that S01, a detection device detects the working state of a monitoringdevice main body, when the monitoring device main body is judged to be in a first state, a second controller sends an instruction for executing data acquisition, and when the monitoring device main body is judged to be in a second state, the second controller repeatedly executes the working state of the detection monitoring device main body; S02, when receiving the instruction for executing data acquisition, a data acquisition device acquires data information of each component in the working process of a crane; S03, whether a fault is generated or not is judged according to the collected datainformation, and a corresponding fault code is generated if the fault is judged to be generated; and S04, the corresponding fault information is displayed according to the fault code. According to themethod, the collected data are more accurate and reliable, electronic elements in the monitoring device main body are protected, and the text information corresponding to the fault code is displayedthrough a display screen so as to diagnose the fault.

    本发明涉及一种起重机状态监测和故障自动诊断方法,包括:S01、检测装置检测监测装置主体的工作状态,在判断监测装置主体处于第一状态时,第二控制器发出执行数据采集的指令,在判断监测装置主体处于第二状态时,第二控制器重复执行检测监测装置主体的工作状态;S02、在收到执行数据采集的指令时,数据采集装置采集起重机工作过程中各部件的数据信息;S03、根据采集到的数据信息判断是否产生故障,若判断为产生故障,则产生相应的故障码;S04、根据故障码显示对应的故障信息。本发明使得采集的数据更加准确可靠,保护监测装置主体内部的电子元件,通过显示屏显示故障码对应的文字信息,以便对故障进行诊断。
