The invention relates to a crane remote diagnosis system based on a clean environment. The crane remote diagnosis system comprises a central data processing unit, an optical transmission system and man-machine interaction equipment; the central data processing unit can establish wireless communication connection with one or more cranes having faults in the clean environment and is used for acquiring fault code data of the corresponding cranes; the central data processing unit establishes communication connection with the man-machine interaction equipment by the aid of the optical transmissionsystem; and the central data processing unit can perform preliminary processing on the acquired fault code data and send the fault code data to the man-machine interaction equipment. By the aid of thecrane remote diagnosis system based on the clean environment, remote diagnosis of faults of hoisting equipment can be realized through the internet, when the hoisting equipment breaks down, fault causes can be determined before maintenance, then the maintenance cost can be reduced, the maintenance efficiency is improved greatly, and the loss caused by shutdown due to the faults is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种基于洁净环境下的起重机远程诊断系统,包括:中央数据处理装置、光传输系统和人机交互设备;所述中央数据处理装置能够与一个或多个洁净环境下存在故障的起重机建立无线通信连接,用以获取相应起重机的故障代码数据;所述中央数据处理装置借助于所述光传输系统与所述人机交互设备通信连接;所述中央数据处理装置能够将采集到的故障代码数据进行初步处理,并发送给所述人机交互设备。本发明提供的洁净环境下的起重机远程诊断系统能够通过因特网实现远程、异地诊断起重设备的故障,在起重设备故障时,能够在维修前确认故障原因,进而促使维修成本降低,维修效率大大提高,降低了因故障而停工导致的损失。
