The invention discloses a remote fault diagnosis system for a crane. The remote fault diagnosis system comprises a data acquisition terminal, an AR intelligent helmet and a remote guidance system. The data acquisition terminal and the AR intelligent helmet are connected with the remote guidance system through a communication module. The data acquisition terminal is used for acquiring operation data of the crane and transmitting the operation data to the remote guidance system. The AR intelligent helmet is used for collecting on-site image information and receiving audio/video information of the remote guidance system. The remote guidance system is used for providing guidance audio/video information. According to the technical scheme, efficient data communication between a remote seat specialist and field maintenance personnel and between the remote seat specialist and a crane vehicle is established through the 5G communication network, audio/video interaction between the remote seat specialist and the field maintenance personnel can be achieved, the diagnosis service capacity of the remote seat specialist is brought into full play, the vehicle fault diagnosis capacity is improved, and the system is especially suitable for troubleshooting and solving complex and difficult faults of vehicles.

    本发明公开了一种起重机远程故障诊断系统,包括数据采集终端、AR智能头盔和远程指导系统,数据采集终端和AR智能头盔通过通讯模块与远程指导系统连接;数据采集终端用于采集起重机的运行数据并输送至远程指导系统;AR智能头盔用于采集现场的图像信息以及接收远程指导系统的音/视频信息;远程指导系统用于提供指导音/视频信息。本发明技术方案通过5G通信网络,分别建立远程坐席专家与现场维修人员和起重机车辆的高效数据通信,并可实现远程坐席专家与现场维修人员的音/视频互动,充分发挥远程坐席专家的诊断服务能力,从而提升车辆故障诊断的能力,尤其适用于车辆复杂、疑难故障的排查解决。
