The invention discloses an experimental platform suitable for fault monitoring and diagnosis of an outdoor large crane, comprising an experimental platform frame, an experimental data collector, an experimental data processor and a plurality of experimental sensors. The experimental platform frame is fixed on a trolley outer box of a crane; the experimental platform frame is detachably connected with a mounting clamp; the experimental data collector and the experimental data processor are detachably connected with the experimental platform frame through mounting clamps; a hoisting mechanism is mounted in the trolley outer box; the plurality of experimental sensors are mounted at a plurality of points to be detected of the hoisting mechanism, respectively; and the experimental data processor and the experimental sensors are electrically connected with the experimental data collector. According to the invention, the experimental platform is arranged on the trolley outer box of the crane, and signal lines of the experimental sensors and the experimental data processor are connected with the experimental data collector, so that the normal operation and fault monitoring and diagnosis of the hoisting mechanism of the crane can be synchronously carried out.

    本发明公开一种适用于户外大型起重机故障监测诊断的实验平台,包括实验平台架、实验数据采集器、实验数据处理器及若干个实验传感器;实验平台架固定在起重机的小车外箱上,实验平台架上可拆卸连接有安装夹具,实验数据采集器、实验数据处理器均通过安装夹具与实验平台架可拆卸连接;小车外箱内安装有起升机构,若干个实验传感器分别安装在起升机构的多个待检测点处,实验数据处理器和实验传感器均与实验数据采集器电性连接。本发明通过将实验平台安装在起重机的小车外箱上,以及将实验传感器的信号线和实验数据处理器与实验数据采集器连接,可实现起重机起升机构正常工作运行与故障监测诊断同步进行。
