The invention discloses an LNG and liquid nitrogen cold energy utilization and fresh-keeping system for a refrigerator car, and relates to a cold energy utilization and fresh-keeping system for the refrigerator car. The refrigerator car is mainly designed for solving the problems that an existing refrigerator car is high in refrigeration cost and cannot keep food fresh. The system comprises a first heat exchanger, the first heat exchanger comprises a shell, a coil pipe is fixed in the shell, an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the shell, and an air blower is connected to the shell; anLNG bottle is connected with the first heat exchanger through a pipeline A, the first heat exchanger is connected with the second heat exchanger through a pipeline B, and the second heat exchanger isconnected with a pipeline C. A pipeline D is arranged between the pipeline A and the pipeline B; and a valve is arranged on the pipeline D. A first pressure sensor and a valve are arranged on the pipeline A; a second pressure sensor and a valve are arranged on the pipeline C; the liquid nitrogen spraying pipes are fixed to the two sides of the shell in front of the air outlet of the first heat exchanger and communicate with the liquid nitrogen bottle through a pipeline E. The LNG and liquid nitrogen cold energy utilization and fresh-keeping system has the advantages that the refrigeration cost of the refrigerator car is reduced, and food can be kept fresh.

    冷藏车用LNG、液氮冷能利用及保鲜系统涉及一种冷藏车用冷能利用及保鲜系统。主要是为解决现有的冷藏车制冷成本高,不能给食物保鲜的问题而设计的。它包括第一换热器,第一换热器包括壳体,盘管固定在壳体内,壳体上有进、出风口,吹风机连接在壳体上;LNG瓶与第一换热器通过管道A连接,第一换热器与第二换热器通过管道B连接,第二换热器连接有管道C。管道A和管道B之间设管道D,管道D上有阀门。管道A上有第一压力传感器和阀门;管道C上有第二压力传感器和阀门。液氮喷淋管固定在第一换热器出风口前方的壳体两侧,液氮喷淋管与液氮瓶通过管道E连通。优点是降低冷藏车的制冷成本,能对食物起到保鲜作用。
