The invention relates to a cold-chain logistics fresh-keeping control method which comprises the following steps: acquiring the refrigeration temperature of cold-chain articles in a transport vehicle and the area temperature of a refrigeration area in the transport vehicle, and calculating the average refrigeration temperature of the cold-chain articles and the average area temperature of the refrigeration area; segmenting the refrigeration space in the transport vehicle by using the average refrigeration temperature to obtain segmented refrigeration areas, and calculating the overlap ratio of the segmented refrigeration areas and the refrigeration areas; if the overlap ratio reaches a target threshold value, calculating the temperature difference value of the divided refrigeration area according to the average area temperature and the area temperature; taking the segmented refrigeration areas with the positive temperature difference values as first iteration areas, and taking the segmented refrigeration areas with the non-positive temperature difference values as second iteration areas; calculating a first average region temperature of the first iteration region and a second average region temperature of the second iteration region; and controlling the refrigeration temperature of the first iteration area by taking the first average area temperature as the target temperature, and controlling the refrigeration temperature of the second iteration area by taking the second average area temperature as the target temperature.
