The invention discloses an LNG cold energy utilization system capable of adjusting the cold energy release amount for a refrigerator car, relates to an LNG cold energy utilization system, and is mainly designed for solving the problem that cold energy generated in the LNG gasification process at present cannot be recycled. A plurality of cold storage box bodies are fixed at the top in a carriage of the refrigerator car, a heat preservation plate is arranged between every two adjacent cold storage box bodies, each cold storage box body is communicated with the cold storage box bodies on the front side and the rear side of the cold storage box body through pipelines, the cold storage box body on the leftmost side is connected with a gas outlet of a vehicle-mounted LNG gas cylinder through agas inlet pipeline, the cold storage box body on the rightmost side is connected with an inlet of a vehicle-mounted heat exchanger through a gas outlet pipeline, and a communication pipeline is connected between the gas inlet pipeline and the gas outlet pipeline. Guide plates are arranged on the left side wall and the right side wall in the carriage, the left end and the right end of a movable plate are arranged in long grooves of the two guide plates, and the rear end of the movable plate is connected with a cylinder rod of an air cylinder. The movable plate is composed of a grid plate and abaffle. The LNG cold energy utilization system has the advantage that a large amount of cold energy generated in the LNG gasification process can be recycled.

    一种能调节冷能释放量的冷藏车用LNG冷能利用系统涉及冷藏车用LNG冷能利用系统。主要是为解决目前LNG气化过程中产生的冷能未能回收利用的问题而设计的。在冷藏车车厢内的顶部固定若干个储冷箱体,相邻两个储冷箱体之间有保温板,储冷箱体和其前后两侧的储冷箱体通过管道连通,最左侧的储冷箱体与车载LNG气瓶的出气口通过进气管道连接,最右侧的储冷箱体与车载换热器的进口通过排气管道连接,进气管道和排气管道之间连接有连通管道。车厢内的左、右侧壁上都有导板,活动板的左、右端置于两个导板的长槽内,活动板的后端与气缸的缸杆连接。活动板由网格板和挡板组成。优点是能将LNG在气化过程中产生的大量冷能进行回收利用。
