The invention relates to an energy-saving elevator device, in particular to a car-weight-variable energy-saving elevator. A car is connected with an elevator balance weight through a hoisting rope and a pulley block. An elastic-force-variable water tank is placed in the car. A car balance weight is placed on the elastic-force-variable water tank. The elastic-force-variable water tank is connected with the end, not provided with a hydraulic device, of a water pipe automatic connection device with a valve. The end, provided with a hydraulic device, of the water pipe automatic connection device with the valve is connected with fixed non-variable water tanks. The other ends of the fixed non-variable water tanks are connected with floor undrinkable water pipelines. A position detection device is arranged on the upper surface of the car balance weight. When the load in the elevator is increased, water in the variable water tank is pressed into the fixed non-variable water tank on the present floor, and the total mass of the car is reduced. When the load is reduced, the variable water tank can suck water from the fixed non-variable water tanks so that the total mass of the car can be increased. Therefore, the total weight of the car can be equal to the balance weight of the elevator so that the aim of saving energy can be achieved.
