Considering the background of lightweight and intelligence, the project team innovatively designed an automatic crane based on machine vision and route tracking. The combination of machine vision and crane was used to complete the identification and grasping of goods, which improved the accuracy and stability of grasping. At the same time with the route tracking, under the adjustment of the algorithm, the crane according to the predetermined route; The team also cleverly designed with telescopic structure make the crane structure completed one-time discharge, improve the efficiency of the crane to unload The crane is suitable for small and medium-sized cargo transportation temporary storage and loading and unloading, can realize the synchronous multiple goods shipped and solve the problem of the precision of the pile, very suitable for limited working space The operation environment is more complex and does not need manual intervention environment, at the same time, this work has significant effect in improving efficiency and saving manpower.
