In this paper, a wing-diesel ship was taken as simulation object, and the wing-diesel ship propulsion system was simulated by the Mat lab software. The influence laws of characteristic parameters of the ship propulsion system were analyzed take step waves disturbance of wing thrust for example. Then, the optimized plan of the main engine control mode of the ship was put forward.
