With the developing of telecom industry, competitiveness and social responsibility are more and more important, and energy saving and CO2 emission reduction solution becomes a hot topic. Meanwhile, the continuous increase in fuel costs for generators is driving operators who are using power in off-grid or unreliable-grid locations to search for more cost-effective ways. Therefore, choosing a reliable and optimized power supply system is vital for successfully site operation. Furthermore, a wrong choice of hybrid technology may have a major impact on the site's operating costs, and it is considered to play a negative role in dealing with climate change. In this article, an optimum balanced and integrated power system is introduced, which consists of Diesel Gen set, diesel fuel tank, energy storage battery, air conditioner, thermal management system and system controller. There are many variables to be considered in hybrid systems and they are different from the traditional ones. In this article, contradictory relations, such as gen set operation time and battery autonomic time, battery cooling and temperature uniformity, are researched and . As always, a balance has to be reached and there are optimal points for a given configuration and conditions with proper functional controller.
