The invention relates to an integrated device with a balanced suspension bracket and a cross beam and a balanced suspension system. The integrated device comprises two balanced suspension brackets, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, the balanced suspension brackets are provided with first ends and second ends which are oppositely arranged, and the two balanced suspension brackets are arranged in parallel at intervals; the cross beam is provided with a first end and a second end which are oppositely arranged, the first end of the cross beam is connected with the first end of one balanced suspension support, the second end of the cross beam is connected with the first end of the other balanced suspension support, the two balanced suspension supports are located on the same side of the cross beam, and the balanced suspension supports and the cross beam are integrally formed. By the adoption of the structure, the rigidity and the external force bearing capacity of the suspension and the cross beam and the connecting position of the suspension and the cross beam are large; the joint of the balanced suspension bracket and the cross beam is not prone to fatigue failure; and the overall weight and size of the balanced suspension bracket and the cross beam can be reduced, the size precision of a connecting structure between the balanced suspension bracket and the cross beam is improved, and the assembly efficiency of the balanced suspension system is improved.

    本发明涉及一种具有平衡悬架支架和横梁的集成装置、平衡悬架系统。集成装置包括:两个平衡悬架支架,平衡悬架支架具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,两个平衡悬架支架平行且间隔设置;横梁,具有相对设置的第一端和第二端,横梁的第一端与一个平衡悬架支架的第一端连接,横梁的第二端与另一个平衡悬架支架的第一端连接,两个平衡悬架支架位于横梁的同一侧,平衡悬架支架与横梁一体成型设置。采用上述结构,悬架、横梁、悬架和横梁的连接处的刚度和承受外力的能力较大;且平衡悬架支架与横梁的连接处不易疲劳失效;还能够减少平衡悬架支架和横梁的整体重量和体积,提高平衡悬架支架和横梁之间的连接结构尺寸精度,提高平衡悬架系统的装配效率。
