The article presents results of a research project initiated as cooperation between the Ford Forschungszentrum Aachen, the Fachhochschule Köln and the Otto-von-Guericke Universität Magdeburg. It describes the theoretical generation of additional yaw torque by means of different systems for vehicle dynamics control. After explaining the general issue of co-ordinating several active systems for yaw control, the systems are described due to their working principle. A vehicle model based on a multi-body-system has been developed to analyse the systems. The analysing procedure of the systems is described. Finally, the results depict achievable additional yaw torque due to the respective system, depending on its control intervention and the respective driving situation.
