The results of researches in the sphere of unmanned aircraft pneumatic servo driver fail-active support are presented. The article is devoted to the solving tasks of diagnostic support and fault-tolerant recovery of pneumatic servo driver functional elements. Such approach allows to recognize the servo driver failure, determine its class and kind, and then with the use of signal or equipment tuning to recover driver while flying at real time condition. So, the mathematical models, algorithms and instrumental tools for fail-active support of servo driver are offered.
