The invention relates to a pneumatic servo brake. The pneumatic servo brake comprises an engine piston (120) actuating a master cylinder (200) through an intermediate effect of a push rod (140), the push rod (140) being returned to a rest position by a retrun spring (150). The servo brake has a vibration damper (160) having a part made of an elastic material working compressively, of an overall parallelepipedic shape, with a length greater than the spacing of two coils of the spring (150) prior to its installation in the servo brake (100) and whose front and back faces (161, 162) are equipped with longitudinal slits (163, 164) penetrating the material mass of the damper (160) for engagement by way of those slits on the two coils of the return spring (150).
